Production

Monovarietal wine of the Viognier variety aged, on its lees, for 4 months. Harvest carried out by hand at the optimum moment of ripening of the fruit.
Already in the winery facilities, the harvested grapes are destemmed and crushed before undergoing cold pre-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 8º. Must obtained after a controlled phase of fermentation in tank.
